Bans
When making an MC Ban post, the Unbanned checkbox will now be toggled off by default as it was on before.

The list of servers was updated to include MC1 - S2.

Appeals
Created two possible appeal formats.
Format 1 is the old format and I removed the need for the following entries.

• Minecraft rank:
• Staff member's rank:
• Date banned:
• Banned by:

Format 2 requires only a link to the ban post and "Why I should be unbanned".

The changes to the process of an appeal should help reduce friction for users.
An experimental Appeal Ban content type was created.

Revisions are now automatically created if most content types, pages, polls, blogs, and forum topics are editted.
Reduced the minimum number of words required for Blogs and added a minimum word count to appeals.
