Why I find the requirements for creative utterly unjust.
The rule that only Builder+ and above may have creative has been getting on my nerves quite a bit lately- And the strictness of said rule is even farther ridiculous than the rule itself. First of all, I understand we don't want defaults running around, having the ability to destroy the server, though I believe that if they're VIP, been on a few days and have a high reputation on MCBans and throughout the community, it would only be fair to allow them access to creative.
I'm definitely not saying we hand it out to just anyone that asks for it, more so to people who actually build, and do something to help the community around- whether it be being optimistic in chat, or helping others with projects.
I believe this rule needs not to be completely eliminated, but altered a slight amount and have less discipline applied to it.
Please leave your opinions, and constructive criticism- Not bashing this with slurs about my mother or comparing my reproductive organ's length to that of a small object.
The reason that this rule is so strictly enforced is because it is the only thing that sets apart Builder and Builder+. If we start giving people below Builder+ creative mode, then the entire "+" thing is just for show.
Suggest a new permission that Builder+ should have that Builder doesn't, then maybe we'll revoke the rule.

That would be like saying Admin+ is for show. There's a reason they get a +, and that's because they're more trusted (and can be trusted with Creative mode)
Admin+ have more than one extra permission, and show you have a quite large amount of trust, whereas if you're already Builder, you're more than likely trusted enough to have creative.

No, rule is staying the same. Creative is a grief fest and many "good" griefers have some good social engineering skills, and they can easily gain trust from people that can rank them up. There is several griefers that have gotten vip, and a few that have gotten builder, but so far I've seen no builder+ griefers. Also, MCBans isn't flawless, with the increase of avalability of alternate accounts and cracking methods, there is many griefers (or their alternates) that have a high or even 10 reputation, there is many people that we have banned that had 10 rep. That is why 
Divotoo, I gave you the warning primarily because you left the server and left the new player alone with creative mode and nobody to watch him. That is a bit risky and I advise against it.

To have a high mc bans reputation bassicaly means nothing it just means that they havent been caught.
Its like someone having a clean criminal record. it just means they havent been caught for the crime, doesnt mean it wasnt commited
I think the rule should stay the same, Most players get VIP within their first day on the server and giving it to Builder+ is fine. Any lower rank would result in people griefing with it
