Arcator Restoration Effort
The situation:
The worlds and configuration of the entire Arcator Network have been tragically lost, including every piece of work done since just before Christmas 2011 (about 2 months).
This was caused by Kieraan (Kieran Breeze) deleting the entire world and backups, and making an attempt to delete the website at arcator.co.uk. As of yet, this is for reasons unknown.
The plan from now on:
Arcator's MC1 will be up and running with a whitelist shortly. This will allow time for a new spawn area to be built, and we will work our asses off to try and go public again in the shortest possible time. I must ask you not to leave Arcator, despite this massive set-back, as we need every single one of our users to rebuild all that has been lost. Some of the greatest creations (such as the Mario and possibly Dweson's stuff) are easily recoverable from previous world files.
...what was I thinking?!

I know i am not on the white list as i am not a high ranking admin e.t.c however i have a suggestion.
I think that all arcator players should get together and build a community town.
This could be centered around the spawn meaning players spawn within the community and not in an isolated place far from buildings of much significance. this could house such things as the arcator railway, not sure of the proper name BTW. it could also house decent builds and places for default players to build under the watchful eyes of other high ranking players within the community. this would have the same kind of idea as casville but be closer to the spawn and have much more of a community feel to it.
