Reason I think I should be unbanned:
It was harmless trolling, plus it was an empty server and since when was lying an offence?
P.S. I'm not too fussed about Ingame or my rank, I just wanna sit in IRC. But please edit my ban reason so it has capital letters and such, that crap annoys me.
I'd say no. There's been too many chances Kier. And the server wasn't empty, it was just quiet. My IRL friend(godfreak831), VitalMatthews, Ace, Dweson, Kier, and I were all on IRC at the time. I was watching Youtube so that's why I didn't notice your spamming at first.
You also ignored us when we told you to stop. And disrespected, since you said "fakk u" when I told you to stop. Then Dweson got involved, and you started ignoring us. Then, when we banned you, you unbanned yourself and lied about not doing anything.

Well the fact of the matter is I don't see in any apparent dimension or reality the possibility of anybody sitting in front of their computer staring at an empty IRC screen for hours. Thus, you only happened to notice the spam when you randomly checked back to see if anyone said anything because nobody was pinging anybody either. If nobody is on the server, occupied with building or talking to someone, and nobody is on IRC occupied with talking to someone, then the spam is meaningless and isn't actually spamming anything as nobody was reading and being annoyed by it. I could even go so far as to say that the spam is like a quantum entity and thus didn't exist in a definitive form until someone observed it 
So anyway, if nobody is talking on IRC or the server, the spam isn't disrupting any chatter. If nobody is on the server building, it is not disrupting them either. Nobody is being disrupted, nobody is being annoyed, the spam was therefore null and void. But yeah the trolling did go a bit far after multiple admins told him to stop and he didn't. That's what was out of hand. Also, anybody who says "fakk you" and doesn't recognize the troll, lurk moar. Also I can't really decide if this request should be accepted. I'm only attempting to state the reasoning that Kieran had.
Ummmm.... no. You have been given WAY TOO many chances, you always claim you will change and a couple of weeks later you are in trouble again. Besides being disrespectful at times, you have an attitude of I do whatever I want just because.

You were told to stop and ignored those of a higher rank to you. And you proceeded to lie about it. If it was someone else and you were telling them to stop and they ignored you, you'd ban them, wouldn't you?
And again, past offenses make your ban totally called for.

So I'm voting for the option that means he's banned on both IRC and the server.

I don't really understand the reasoning behind getting banned from everything for just spamming IRC, and you are right about an empty server, plus you didn't ping anyone consistently, thus the spam was relatively nonexistent up until the point when someone checked their IRC and for some reason got bothered by text on a screen. In regards to ignoring admins, you can't really get around that even if it was for trolling purposes, which was fairly obvious. And due to the fact you haven't admitted to lying, we don't have definitive proof of you lying, although the evidence is still fairly credible. Idk bout this man.
