Anyway, being pre-occupied with school-work and other shit, I rarely find myself in-game, i've been in-game the last 4 days, because of 1.0.0, MC2's been running temp maps etc, and of course, I trolled a tad since the maps were temp, and I was fucking around with world generation.
Apparently that's an issue with "Staff".
I've always been one to joke around, and break some small rules just for the hell of it, since no harm done.
Apparently, again, an issue.
I've never been one to be on Senior Staff's case about anything, I let them do as they please, and I join in on occasion, and sometimes I troll them, of course this can be seen in IRC daily, me an Dweson "fag" rule thing that I always break.
--Which I might add is a word I do not use to discriminate against sexuality, in anyway, therefore it's not part of the "Homosexual" slur rule imo.
But none-the-less an issue.
MC2's been somewhat run down with staff not enforcing my rules, and "neglect" on my part.
While i'm first to admit thing went haywire on MC2, I cannot be blamed for things that I told people were rules. EG: No flying unless for strict travel to one point to the other.
But I guess the fact my grandfather died, and that I didn't have time to correct server side issues was my fault right?
Final issue, seems staff feels disrespected.
Well, you should, I feel since the anniversary i've been getting hate and disrespect, so that's what you're gonna get back, until you all straighten out, and start talking to me more directly about your issues, rather then being hipocrits, and talking behind my back, as I usual compare arcator to: We're a company. An last time I checked, you submit your issues to the boss. An in this case, anything reguarding myself, and MC2, i'm the boss, so if you continue to sneak around behind my back, consider yourselves dealing with some problems next time I have 10 minutes to discuss this with Mal, nuff' said.
--Finally, it seems people want MC2 off the network, this no doubt leading back to the stupid "Lets just promote Admin+'s to Owners, hurr durr!". Which I sorted out the issue by stating the own nothing, physical at least, an seeing as Kyle, and Banana, had an issue with that, it seems Kyle's trying to find grounds to attack me on.
Of course I have more reason to back this up the hunches, the fact he continued to prompt I was breaking rules, and that I "Promoted demoted users", I promoted one single user, and that was the week MC2 became part of the network, because he's considered senior staff to myself, just because Kyle dislikes him, isn't a reason for it to become bad after 6 months, let's not forget the "Un-banned banned users". Again, it was just one, and it was because I found the reason stupid, and didn't have the full story at the time, and the user is now re-banned on MC2.
Oh an the fact he cried wolf yesterday: "Everyone should just leave MC2, it's obvious Josh's just gonna kill everyone, so leave if you don't wanna lose your stuff".
His excuse: I saw "NOT MY WOLF", "NOOOOOOO".

My official response: Arrogance, seems more like your reason, not a misconception in chat Kyle.

So I prompt that we have a user vote, no staff are to vote on this that are Admin, or above, including Owners, and all Senior Staff.
Of course the vote's to gauge MC2's importance among the users who play on it, while figuring out what needs to be done to fix it's current issues, which are put on hold until there's an official bukkit build released.
Oh and of course, I apologize to any staff that feel dis-respected, but I might add, the only person who's talked to me like a normal person is Dweson, and his first language isn't even english.
Though it seems he's tooken to Kyle's side on this situation.
Helzee's been quite easy to talk to about the situation, because unlike some of senior staff, he doesn't have issues with power, and isn't looking to oust me as Owner.
