Admin+ Action Plan (APAP)

Hello Arcatorians! In light of the recent quittings, Dweson, Pig, Mal, and I (the only remaining staff other than Josh, who wasn't online at the time of the meeting -- apologies, Josh) have decided on an Admin+ Action Plan.

Apologies to anyone that is offended in not getting the spot, but after discussion amongst the staff, we have decided who the two new Admin+s will be. They will be test subjects. We are promoting them to see how well they do with such responsibility and see if they are right. If not, they will obviously be demoted and someone else will be chosen. If you are not chosen, do not feel offended, you still have a chance. If you are chosen and do not keep the spot, do not feel offended, you should be honored that you were a first pick.

The two lucky first picks to be test subjects are _ONLYUSEmeBOW and The_Untitled1.

Remember that this is not only about ban count. We want to see you take a positive role in the community and be a leader. Now give them a big round of applause, and remember: if you weren't chosen, don't quit just yet! You still have a chance at the spot if the current subjects FAIL!

Also, a message to all Builder+s and Mods: This will open up a lot of spots. We already have a few people in mind for Mod/Admin spots, but that is subject to change. The first of many new staff members is konohashadow, who everyone agrees is incredibly deserving of a Moderator position.
