Random Discussions #2 -Video Games-

Hi guys, Its Kyle again. I'm back with another one of these random discussion thingies. I want to talk about games that are coming out within the next 6 months or so, that i think, are going to be good games.

1. MW3. Call me a fan-boy, i dont care. I almost always love game play on the Cod games, even the single player. Black Ops was a step back for the Cod series, but from how MW3 is looking now, could make up for it. I play on the PS3, and was wondering something. Does the Xbox Or PC have 9 years olds playing too?

2. Dead Island. A Classic Zombie survival game set on an island. I've been following with game since day one, back before it was delayed, and have increasingly loved the way its turning out. Think of it as Left For Dead, but with more free-roam. It looks very interesting, and puts an enphasis on Melee combat instead of guns. What do you guys think? Tricked out Melee weapons, or pistols and machine guns?

3. Assassins Creed: Revelations. The assassin creed series has been one of my most favorite series of all time. I love the roof top/parkour, and the interesting gadgets you get in the game. Revelations seems to be going back into more detail for Altair, the main character from the first game, any thoughts about that? Bringing back old characters after 3 games?

4. Uncharted 3. Another great series. Xbox'ers dont know about it, because its a PS3 exclusive. Its about a treasure hunter. The third one has more in depth detail about the relationship between Sully and Drake, and a different setting than the last 2 games. It also has some returns from the last game, including Elena, and Chloe. Anyone play the Beta? What did you think of it?

5. From Dust. Xbox'ers already have a taste of this game, and i have to say I'm very jealous. This game looks like a lot of fun. I've always been interested in "Playing God" types of games. Xbox'ers, anyone have this? What do you think of it?

6. Mass Effect 3. I've never played any games of this series before. Only once have i even seen this game being played. I dont know a ton about it, other than its a game based on earth this time, and aliens are attacking. Should i get this game? Is it worth the $60 bucks ill be forking over?

7. BattleField 3 Again, might be my Cod Fanboy, but I've never played a battle field game before. EVER. I've heard some great things about the series in general though. Its seems like an awesome game. I like the huge maps, and viehicles you can use. I also like the fact that almost the entire map is destrucable, thats awesome.

8. Reach I have a PS3, not an Xbox, so I've never played Reach before. But i"m also a huge Halo fan, despite not having a Xbox. (RvB!) Anyway, Reach has things COd doesn't. Plain and simple. I would trade in Reach for Cod if given the chance. BUT not my PS3. I love not paying for teh intranetz. Its single player looks tight, as well as its many multiplayer modes. The vehicles it it are awesome, and i wish Cod had more of what Reach has.

9. Turtles Nuff Said.

Also, ive been watching for my favorite game ever, Infamous 2, and it seems there is some DLC coming out in about 2 months. For anyone who has the game, what do you think about Cole being a vampire? Seems a little off track for the regular game play, doesn't it?

Anyway, post on what games your looking forward to, and if there isnt one on the list that should be. Also, answer some questions, i want to hear some feed back about the games, and these random disscussins im putting out!
